We publish our newsletter twice a year -- fall and spring -- and distribute 11,000 copies through insertion in the local Caymanian Compass. This ensures that the residents of all three Cayman Islands stay informed of our recent and upcoming events, as well as providing us a means to continue of mission to inform and educate about what HospiceCare has to offer.
